At present we give details of 20 chocolatiers from France, Belgium, Italy, the UK, Venezuela and the US and tasting notes for more than 80 of their creations, mostly single-origin chocolate bars. There are big differences between these producers - we compare large international companies with small independent Parisian chocolatiers - and this site is there to help you navigate the growing world of single-origin chocolate.
